*Make a donation-The Home runs solely off contributions from generous donors.  For your convenience and security we have a GIVE NOW option that allows you to fully control how you contribute electronically.  If you wish to mail a check please send your donation to: Prince of Peace Ministries, PO Box 1344, Mt. Why Give?

Since 2006 my wife, Gracie, and I have been visiting and serving at Prince of Peace. Life, as we knew it, had been about striving for the “American Dream”. We had been blessed with the health to work and the Lord had provided for us. Until visiting the home and seeing the community, we had never really seen the “truly oppressed”. Since visiting the home and seeing the hands and feet of God’s work in practice we have, in essence, became part of the home.

We have been told, in order to be truly useful in this life, you must be part of something that is bigger than yourself. Then, reading the scripture in Deuteronomy 8:18 and finding out that it is God who gives us the ability to produce wealth, how could we not use our blessings to bless the truly needy. Once you have been exposed to the truth you are without excuse. We no longer had any excuses.

Prince of Peace Home for Girls has been a wonderful blessing to me and my family. We have been changed forever by our involvement with the staff and the wonderful children who call it home. It is a place where, on many occasions, people have said “God lives here”. It is a place that relies solely on the generosity of loving, caring and giving people. It still amazes us that the home, month after month, receives “just enough” to pay the bills. Would you join us in the blessing?
